Siargao Island

The third destination for our #Lucky13Philippines is my favorite, Siargao Island.  I must it’s way different now compared to when I went here two years, the island developed a lot in short span of time. That’s the thing with tourism, it’s good how it helps the locals but sad as well how it can destroy the whole island, just look at Boracay now. This island is so laidback literally no one is in rush here, I always need trips like this just to make sure I always stay inspired and relaxed. My work is very stressful,  handling VIP clients is the hardest part of my job, sometimes I don’t know how to please people because everyone has different needs and wants in life. It’s sad how some people don’t appreciate anything you do despite you working 24/7 to make sure they get the best out of everything, but since I am in a customer service industry, what I feel does not really matter, I know so many people can relate to this and it’s sad. Isn’t? But no job is easy so I always try to find new ways to entertain myself, I’ve always wanted to learn how to surf properly, I tried it several times in Bali but never really had the time to practice because of my business Access Travel, so this year I want to make time for everything I want to learn before I turn 30. Life gets boring when we stop learning and just remain in our comfort zones, money and time are everyone’s problem so I believe we just need to manage how to balance the things that really matter, in my case I really love travelling and I see myself doing this for a very long time whether for business or leisure. This is the greatest lesson I learned after my dad passed away when I was 14, life is seriously too short, one night we were having dinner with him then the next morning he was in the hospital with liver cancer, please do what makes you happy and enjoy life while you can.

During my stay in Siargao we while were shooting this video one unexpected thing happened when Nadine texted me that she wanted to go to Siargao for their Anniversary, as I’ve said above handling VIP clients can be very difficult but Nadine is one of those people who never give me hard time in anything. I was so happy when I met her in Siargao, so apparently I was able to book everything for her a night before, I still don’t know how I do it but normally I always find ways to accommodate all our client requests even that means, trust me it’s very hard but always worth it when you see their photos, the work we have in Manila can get insane and this is why I always make sure when you plan your trips with us, we only provide the best for to you. What I am trying to say is, no job in the world is easy but we can always look forward to something new. Life gets boring when we stop learning new things. What you’ve been thinking to do? Why not give it a chance? That applies to all aspects of life, whether it’s love life, career, hobby or simply just saying hi to an old friend.
