Resilience is different for everyone, going through hard times is not easy especially if we are not emotionally and mentally strong to accept unexpected events in life. Building resilience is the power to learn how to make ourselves feel better when life seems to fall apart, no matter how good, wealthy, educated, and successful we are in life, we don’t have the power to avoid facing unfortunate events, losing loved ones, breaking up with the people we thought we’d spend our life with, closing down businesses we’ve worked on our entire life, having to leave our dream jobs and so on. Life is a balance of both good and bad things and what remains is how good we become in handling every storm and enjoying the rainbow after, we are living a life in progress, getting stuck and feeling anxious is okay, allowing yourself have space to feel emotions is the key to build a better future with resilience.
