Health is not a destination, but a lifestyle pursued with intent — and making mistakes is all part of the journey. Always remember to not compare yourself with anyone because we are all different, what works for me won’t always work for you, and vice versa. Making yourself your # 1 priority is the key to keep pushing for greater things and staying young at heart. Nobody will do it for you but you. Your body is your first home, so make sure to take care of it as much as you can. Because when you are committed to self-improvement and progress, everything else follows in life. Patience, commitment, and determination will always take you to the place you deserve. Things that are meant to last do not come easy in life. You can do it!
